Creative Director and Partner

Sebastian has for the last 15 years been working with all aspects of creative solutions, human interaction and human psychology. From being a host on TV, working as a creative at agencies to creating all sorts of movements. Sebastian has a focus on developing creative ideas and making relevant communication for our clients in the new era.

Thilde Vesterby

Project and Communication Consultant

Thilde holds a BA in Communication and an MA in Aesthetics and Culture. She is passionate about communication and art and about combining the two in creative communication strategies. Thilde’s focus lies on developing communication for clients and coordinating projects from start to finish.

Tehneyat Waseem

Creative Assistant

Tehneyat holds a MA in human rights from Kingston university. She works full time at the International Rehabilitation Council for Torture Victims. At Mindjumpers she comes flying in 2-3 times a week, ready to spin our heads with ideas and new views on our projects.

David Lohmann

Sales and product development

David graduated in 08 from CBS in Business Administration and Organisational Communication and has one year left before holding his MA in Marketing Communications Management. David has a strong interests in viral communication and social media and how they influence our way of communicating. At Mindjumpers David has a focus on sales and product development.

Caspar Rohleder

Art Director / Graphic Designer

Caspar has been working for different agencies and even a clothing brand from Australia, before finding his way to Mindjumpers. At Mindjumpers Caspar is in charge of developing Graphic design for our clients and of course of all the other crazy projects Mindjumpers gets involved in.

Kim K Kristiansen

Stupid Coach

Kim is the stupid alter ego of our Creative Director, Sebastian. Kim plays an important role in our creative as well as strategic process where his selfrighteous stupidity makes him a valuable Devil’s Advocate. During improvised meetings with Kim, any case can reveal hidden challenges and possibilities. (Companies even hire him to participate in out-of-the-box sessions) In his sparetime Kim is featured on the online platform of Danish National Television, dr.dk.
